Fostering a spirit of success and empowerment for all students and employees, particularly those of color, to inspire local positive change, with a global impact
Goals:
Serve as a primary support network for black employees and students
Emphasize the importance of education
Foster the recruitment and retention of all black employees and students
Promote and Celebrate the creativity and leadership of black employees and students
Provide a direct channel for disseminating ideas, recommendations, suggestions for students and employees to Richland College Administration and to Share this information with other African American organizations on the sister campuses of the DCCCD
