General Academic Advising Philosophy	Education is a process which needs to be planned and nurtured. Students are responsible for learning the process and setting their educational goals. I feel that developing an educational relationship with an advisor is one of the first steps in understanding the process and in establishing and/or creating a path to reach this goal.
