Positions are placed in Job Binders according to industry, such as IT, Accounting, Medical, Administrative, etc. Individuals may review any posting within a Job Binder during regular operational hours.

Career Service offers an internal Student Resume Data Base system in which any student and alumni of Richland College can have their resume placed into this system. Career Services will automatically submit resumes placed in the database to employers based on employment opportunities received by area companies. Resumes are submitted based on job requirements matched to resume skill sets.
Additional resources and services provided by Career Service that aid individuals with employment development are: Direct Job Placement assistance, Occupational Resource Library, Career Magazines and other Career publications, Resume development assistance, Mock Video Taped Interviews, *Computers for Internet and Job Search, On Campus Recruitment and Career Fairs, and Computerized Guidance Programs.
