Jun 10  Getting Double Duty from Your Volunteer Recognition Ideas: Volunteer Solutions  LouAnne works with volunteer based organizations around the country. She conducts staff training and program evaluation for zoological parks and aquariums, social service agencies, hospitals, educational organizations and faith-based programs. OH, yes, she is Volunteer Program Manager for Doctor’s Hospital in Dallas. Presenter: LouAnne Smith

Jun 17  Healing Paws: Therapy Pets  The K-9 Kandy Stripers: Dogs With a Purpose. Coleta and others love bringing their animals to nursing homes, Veteran Administration Hospitals, homes for the mentally ill, or programs for juvenile delinquents. These highly trained trainers and their highly trained animals bring happiness, cheer and purpose to people, young and old alike, by sharing their special animals. Yes, accompanying her will be one of her many trained therapy dogs. Presenter: Coleta Weathersbee, Therapy Dogs, Inc.

Jun 24  Buckner International: World Leader in Humanitarian Services  Aracely returned in early January with amazing photos from her visit to Russia and the work with orphans and at risk children of all ages.
