The Richland Skills Training Center

prepares you for the challenges of today's jobs and tomorrow's careers.



The Richland Skills Training Center (RSTC) offers fast-track, training programs that will equip participants with skills sets that employers demand. RSTC programs utilize a holistic case management approach and provide client-targeted job placement. Comprehensive training programs include:

Skills Training in: • General Accounting Specialist
• A+ Certification / Microcomputer Maintenance
Industry-Based Internships in: • Medicine Office Specialist
Job Club & Job Placement: • Utilizing experienced Career Case Managers and the College Career Center

Training is provided utilizing state-of-the-art computer facilities located at the Richland Annex and Richland College.

For qualified participants, scholarships for tuition and books in the form of Individual Training Accounts (ITA's), are available through Worksource of Dallas County One-stop Career Centers. Qualified participants may be additionally eligible for child-care and transportation assistance.
