MEDIA COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT MEDIA PLANNER
Assists Online Media Department with account support, online media pricing, purchasing, scheduling, trafficking, reporting and follow-up. Position will have daily client contact and high visibility within office. Superior math and Microsoft Excel capabilities. Ability to manage, collect and integrate online advertising reporting data from multiple sources, to include sites, ad-servers, and other sources. Comprehensive knowledge of online creative specifications. Knowledge of HTML a plus. Must be proficient in PowerPoint. Hiring decision also based on following criteria: must be attentive to detail, written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and to organize them in a fast pace environment, participation in new business efforts, Associate or bachelor degree preferred, some travel required.

ACCOUNT ANALYST-ASSOCIATE LEVEL
Begin within account management team with an opportunity to grow into account manager role. Provide support for client(s) in daily communication, reporting, and invoicing. Make recommendations to the leadership team on how to improve existing service offerings while meeting the needs of a changing market, manage and monitor customer issues and conflict resolution efforts, act as a liaison between the customer, operations, and the appropriate technical team(s). College degree. Key skills desired: sound problem solving skills, business analysis skills, good client relationship, strong written and oral communication skills, basic computer literacy skills in MS Office Suite, reporting tool familiarity, ability to work within a team, and ability to multi-task.

INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER (ISP) TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Provide phone support to customers with various levels of computer experience. Support focuses on Internet connectivity, basic software configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, as well as general customer service duties. Good problem solving and analytical skills required. Considerable experience with Windows and Mac operating systems and extensive practical Internet experience. Proficiency with various Internet software programs and connectivity experience required.

ADVERTISING COORDINATOR
Works closely with sales staff and sales management. Responsible for implementation and execution of permission-based email campaigns ordered through marketing and sales. Management of email workflows including database queries, working with list managers/brokers, management of account executive relationships, coordination of creative and the management of the email system. Key activities: Advertising, coordination, customer service, database, email systems, HTML, marketing, Microsoft Office, written and oral communication.

ADVERTISING TRAFFIC COORDINATOR
Computer proficient and have basic knowledge of HTML and graphic design. Customer service orientation and attention to detail are essential. Responsible for scheduling online advertising campaigns and managing inventory for various interactive web sites across the nation to insure maximum revenue return. Run inventory and campaign reports. Point of contact for all sales and marketing executives. Troubleshoot technical aspects of online advertising; analyze and solve problems. Liaison with national advertising agencies. Microsoft Office, project management, time management. College degree preferred. Communication (both written and oral) skills.

ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER
Assist in managing online media advertising partnerships (portals, affiliate, search engines, and partner sites). Manage daily maintenance and trafficking of banner online advertising. Manage portal datafeeds. Aggregate bi-monthly and monthly results of online advertising campaigns through partner reporting tools. Provide suggestions for creative optimization, return on investment (ROI) improvement, and additional opportunities through data analysis. Manage advertising creative development process. Interface with merchants and creative team to develop advertising campaigns. Will support the Web marketing manager in the development and execution of email marketing programs. Provide detailed results of each email campaign and ideas for improvement; analysis of trends in email campaigns; monitor competitors and overall industry email trends. Must be detail oriented, well organized, and very analytical. Must have good communication skills and able to work well with a wide variety of people across the organization. Strong computer skills are a must (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

E-COMMERCE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE SPECIALIST
Participate in an established training program for XEDI service, as well as training in company policy, document tracking techniques and procedures, basic electronic data management, and customer service procedures. Provide excellent electronic customer service to clients and their customers; process incoming data files accurately and efficient; evaluate incoming documents; determine appropriate action path; maintain clear, detailed notes on actions taken. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent data entry skills; general operating knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to maintain a high degree of mental concentration. Ability to read, comprehend, and explain complex written material; ability to follow written and oral instructions.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Writes and designs on-line newsletters, training packets, brochures, VRU scripts, and PowerPoint presentations. Write, document, and communicate policy, procedures and practices for the contact center. Responsible for the update, maintenance and support of the intranet site. Strong writing skills; marketing background; proficient with MS Office, Adobe PageMaker, HTML, Front Page. Strong work ethic; excellent communications, grammar and spelling skills; commitment to deadlines.

BUYER/MERCHANT-ECOMMERCE AND INTERNET SALES
Responsible for the merchandising and pricing of products for the web site, as well as for providing analysis, reporting, and forecasting to senior management regarding inventory sales. This is NOT a web development position. Web Developers will not be considered for this position. Utilize planning and forecasting software tools to forecast and summarize inventory/sales data. Analyze and identify technical problem areas, customer service concerns or unusual data/inventory trends and communicate issues to senior management. Marketing and advertising strategies. Answer inquiries concerning the technical specifications on various products. Maintain awareness of changing technology and make recommendations for integrating changes into current web site operations. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science and experience in retailing or E-Commerce; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training. Web marketing and merchandising skills a must.

RECRUITER-ON-LINE RETAILER
Source and recruit qualified professional candidates to meet company's current and future needs. Develop and manage recruitment database for reporting of position analysis and costs. Oversee the corporate recruitment Internet hiring process. Post positions on Internet sites to generate potential applicants. Establish and document Internet hiring procedural guidelines for department. Research and track employment related Internet vendors to determine viability and potential utilization. Support the overall human resources effort and broaden expertise in human resources. An Associate's degree preferred. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, customer service skills. Self-starter who works independently, as well as with a team. Strong research and investigative skills with the ability to interpret and analyze information.

WEB MARKETING SPECIALIST
Self-motivated and creative individual to join marketing team. Will administer the ongoing content development and maintenance of the company web site. Responsible for implementing new content and features, develop marketing messages, and analyze site traffic. Degree in Marketing or related field; basic technical understanding of Internet technologies; Internet design and related applications; copywriting and communications skills.
