Time to Shine3pm; East Breezeway; Earlier this year, David Canine, Vice President of Educational Transitions and Deputy Superintendent of Richland Collegiate High School of Mathematics, Science and Engineering (RCHS), challenged the class of 2008 to get more than $1 million in scholarship offers. If successful, he promised to shave his head. The seniors met and exceeded the challenge, collecting over $2 million in scholarships from various in-state and out-of-state colleges and universities, both public and private. On May 12, Canine pays up by going bald for the cause.
