Online Databases - The DCCC and Richland College subscribe to numerous electronic databases. These databases contain both the abstracts and full-text of thousands of articles from magazines, journals, newspapers, encyclopedias, reference books, media transcripts, etc. The articles in the databases are from highly authoritative sources. The databases add new content daily, so information is always fresh and current.

Most databases have features that allow students to print, copy and paste to documents, download to disk, or email the articles.

Also, students (who are currently enrolled), faculty, and staff are allowed remote access to the databases after submitting their 1) name, 2) student ID number, 3) PIN (birth date).
