Financial Services

Richland College Financial Services (Financial Services, Business Office [AP and AR], Print Shop/Mail Room) coordinate and facilitate financial functions to ensure the college's fiscal responsibilities occur appropriately and with accountability to the DCCCD Board of Trustees. We monitor our financial functions to ensure compliance with:

DCCCD policies and procedures and
the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board's rules and regulations.

To accomplish our goals, Financial Services provide the following:

• Budget Development and Monitoring
• On-going Budget Manager Training
• Oversight of Gifts and Donations to the College
• In-Depth Financial Analysis of the College Budgets and Allocations
• Final Approval and Review of Contracts
• Submission of Financial Materials to the Board of Trustees
• Coordination and Oversight of Auxiliary Services (Bookstore, Copiers, Cafeteria, Vending)
• Compliance with DCCCD Policies and Procedures and DCCCD Business Procedures
• Internal Controls Self-Assessment
• Business Diversity Program
• Administrative Oversight of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Functions of the College Business Office, Facilities Services and the College Services Department (Mailroom / Duplication Services)

Facilities Services provides and maintains the facilities of Richland College to enhance teaching, learning, and community building.
