The Richland College Community & Economic Development Council promotes organizational agility by making strategic recommendations to ThunderTeam. In this role, we:
- • listen to and learn from students, stakeholders, and key markets in our community
- • analyze results of environmental scans for new programs and initiatives
- • encourage partnership opportunities with businesses, chambers of commerce, and public -sector organizations
Emeritus Program Mission Statement
The Richland College Emeritus Program provides affordable, quality learning and teaching opportunities that enable lifelong learners ages 55+ to stay intellectually enriched, physically fit, and socially connected.
Health Professions Programs Mission Statement
Richland College Health Professions Programs provide students with quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare education and training to produce job-ready individuals who fulfill the needs of healthcare employers and the community.
Information Services and College Relations
Reaching Our Communities. Richland College Information Services and College Relations strives to reach internal and external communities to report and market student and employee success and economic, workforce, institutional, and community development opportunities and news. To this end, we provide:
- • Printed and online marketing materials (class schedules, catalogs, brochures, and fliers)
- • Maintenance and design of the college website
- • Media relations and buying efforts (press releases, internal newsletters, and advertising)
- • Coordination and production of instructional graphic materials (posters, lamination, and photography for faculty)
- • Administrative assistance for budget maintenance
- • Promotional items relative to marketing for all departments on campus
- • Coordinate the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) and the Alumni Association
Institutional Research and Effectiveness Office Mission Statement
The Richland College Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness provides faculty, administrators, and staff with statistical support, analyses, and measurements of institutional effectiveness for making data-informed decisions to achieve the college mission of Teaching, Learning, Community Building .
Quality Enhancement Plan Mission Statement
The Richland College Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) supports faculty and staff in their efforts to promote the success of students and employees. The QEP enhances quality improvement and, in turn, the institutional effectiveness of Richland College .
