Student Development Council Mission Statement
The Richland Student Development Council (Financial Aid, Disability Services, Enrollment Planning, Testing Center, Student Programs and Resources, College Police, Upward Bound, Project SOAR, and the Health Center) provides student-centered services so students may have easily accessible post-secondary education and be successful in their endeavors.
The Richland College Police Department provides community policing in a collaborative effort between the police and the college community. Their goal is to identify problems of safety and security and involve the college community in their search for solutions to campus safety concerns.

The mission of the Dual Credit program is to provide an opportunity for qualified high school juniors and seniors to enroll in college courses that earn both high school and college credit through academic partnerships that provide a seamless transition from secondary to post secondary education, involving close collaboration between high school and college educators, on-going communication, and planning for an integrated program of study.

We also deliver comprehensive information needed to facilitate the application, advisement, enrollment, and graduation of all students.
