In college students are responsible to make sure your needs are met. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act are two federal civil rights laws that exist to assist students in reaching educational goals.
- • To an accessible postsecondary education; meaning that you have the right, if qualified, to participate in all courses, programs, services and activities
