Richland College Thunderducks Toastmasters

About The Ducks

Thunderducks Toastmasters, chartered in June 2000 and disbanded in 2007, provided Richland students, faculty & staff, and the neighboring community a low-cost, student-friendly and less formal venue for becoming great communicators.

Mission

The mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Meeting Information

Though the club has now disbanded, if there is a renewal of student interest and motivation to serve as club officers, we would be happy to re-institute the Thunderducks Toastmasters club. If you have a strong interest in helping re-start the club, please email Susan Wehe.
