Intensive Learning Communities (ILC)

The Intensive Learning Communities feature an integrated skills approach to language learning.
ILC students:

• » learn English in fun, innovative ways by studying topics in American life and culture;
• » work closely with their classmates and instructors to develop skills in all language areas;
• » are tested to ensure correct placement; and,
• » complete two levels of ESOL each semester by attending class three-and-a-half hours each day, Monday through Friday.
